The corporate objectives will drive the definition of goals for the corporate learning strategy, therefore the first part of this approach will be to examine the corporate objectives, processes, and job roles. This information is the foundation of indentifying learning opportunities and initiatives to support the business. It also serves to define services and resources to provide those services to its customers in the most efficient manner possible. This would produce a corporate learning organization that will include the resources needed to support the objectives of the corporate learning strategy, as well as supporting its own infrastructure.
